White Tea

With a beautiful, delicate flavour, and a golden yellow infusion, white tea is made using the leaves and buds of the tea plant. Being the least processed of all of the camellia sinensis teas means it has the lowest levels of caffeine and highest amount of antioxidants (even more than green tea!). Because of this it is a popular beverage for the health conscious and has been used in Chinese medicine to treat a range of conditions for thousands of years.
