Yellow Tea

With a history dating back over 1000 years, Yellow Tea is one of the rarest and most special teas produced in China. With a longer drying phase than green tea, in which the tea leaves are allowed to yellow, and a golden yellow infusion, Yellow Tea was once exclusively reserved for Emperor’s, due to it’s limited harvest season.
